How is my content stored?
All content that is uploaded to the Media library is stored on our Cloud servers within the EU.
What happens at the end of my free trial?

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
When you pay monthly you will be able to cancel your subscription at any time - your subscription will cease at the end of the paid month, if you have purchased a discounted year long license, you can cancel the services but will not be entitled to a refund on any payments paid.
What file formats are supported by the Smart Content Media and Object Library?
For HTML5 video we support mp4, ogg, webm, mov, and mkv and for images we support jpeg, gif, png, and svg file formats.
Do I require an good internet connection to use Smart Content?
Smart Content is a cloud based services and will require an internet connect for the initial load of content and we recommend using our services with a stable and fast internet connection for best performance. Smart Content caches pre-loaded signs incase of an internet drop out.
Is there an option to set vertically oriented screens?
Smart Content supports screens of all sizes and orientations. Some devices allow the orientation to be set in the device setting whereas some devices require a Smart Content “App” to be installed in order to gain the vertical orientation setting.
Is the Smart Content App available on my Smart TV?
Currently Smart Content recommends the use of the Amazon Fire Box and Stick for best performance, both of these devices are compatible with most Smart TVs. In general Smart TVs are underpowered for smooth digital signage delivery.
Do the players work offline?
Our content caches in the memory of the device and although not designed to run without internet connection, the content will continue to play if the internet does happen to drop or lose power. All content will require an internet connection on initial load.
